Research and develop strategy for public website, including usability enhancements, search engine optimization and social media strategy. Manage projects for all of RCU's public online channels, which receive well over 300,000 hits per month on average. Create wireframes and design prototypes. Develop sites for internet and online banking. Manage employee intranet, including developing and delivering inhouse training to content managers. Create and coordinate delivery of email blasts. Complete other special projects as needed.
