Since 2000 “Firm CARTES’ has provide comprehensive architectural and urban design for clients. Our areas included: architecture, design guidelines, interior design, master planning, open space design, renovation, design management.

• Examined and measured a site, prepared preliminary drawings with existing construction communications and structures, location of communication lines, sizes of the existing walls, door and window openings.
• Prepared layout floor plan with creative design for client's approval.
• Designed drawings on all stages (from sketches to working drawings)
• Conceptualized the interior design including manual sketches of the interior and computer 3D images of designed premises
• Consulted with customers concerning selection of finished building materials, interior elements, selected textile products (curtains, bed spreads, carpets etc.)

• Special design concept with custom built furniture finished in spray on metallic paint.
• Arranged meetings with technical consultants for hot water supply system to fill up a full size Jacuzzi in 2 minutes, special light dimmer switches, construction of multi-level ceiling.

• Implemented design of complicated staircases from concrete with metallic handles.
• Enlarged living space by organizing a suitable for living area in a top room.

Senior Architect
LLC Arstal Moscow, Russia 1996-2002
Established in 1996, LLC “Arstal” was a full-service architectural firm that subscribes to a generalist approach to architecture. Our projects included residential developments, housing, community and public buildings, building restoration and commercial and mixed-use building.

• Beauty salon in 5-star Hotel 'Radisson-Sas Slavyanskay".
• Prepared all working drawings and documentation for Tendering procedure.
• 10 separate franchised grocery stores in downtown of Moscow.
• Implemented design of one level metal stud and exterior wall construction 1000 sq.f. for each one. Renovation of administration offices of a pastry factory in Moscow, with a brand shop.

Armenian Regional Institute ArmProm Project Yerevan, Armenia 1988-1996
Armenian Regional Institute ArmPromProject is one of the biggest architectural organizations in Armenia. Our organization was involved in almost all architectural and constructional areas (from architecture of heavy industry to interior design).
Key Projects:
• Medical clinic with capacity of 1000 daily visits in the city of Naddem. Clinic was implementing for
Northern Territory of Russia with severe winter condition. We used heat storing materials.

• Concrete block buildings for construction in the earthquake area. Developed new earthquake proof buildings after earthquake in Armenia 1988. Were implementing low high houses with mass construction load bearings walls with soft links.

• Experimental manufactory of gem stones in city of Fontan. Designed 10 000 sqf. jewellery manufactory and office with sale's showroom and workshops, specific security requirement and chemical treatment room.

• Developed interior decoration of office buildings and of many other construction sites.
