These four images and the subsequent animation were made for Symmes, Maini and McKee Associates in Cambridge, MA. Their Client is renovating a property and creating luxury condominiums in the Fenway area of Boston.

We did two common spaces (Lobby and Club Room) and two typical unit rooms (Kitchen and Bath). SMMA provided BIM data and finish specs. The models were made in 3ds Max; two were rendered in Mental Ray, and two were done using Vray.
