My experience consists in designing products, software interfaces and services through a user-driven innovation approach. My goal is to add value to the design process by bridging ideas across industries, disciplines and diverse cultures. The projects that I have led in the past allowed me to explore not only products and services but also design processes, methods and tools to to understand potential users, engage project teams and other stakeholders in the design process.
