PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
2009-PRESENT Creative Director: Emerging Media / Social Strategy Consultant
I develop application concepts that incorporate strong mobile strategies while leveraging emerging technology whenever possible/appropriate. Currently I work developing enterprise mobile applications for General Motors. My team is a network of vendors and GM Business Owners reporting directly to the Global Director of Mobile Development. (This work is not / can not be included in my portfolio, unfortunately.)
I have a desk at GM Global Headquarters (Renaissance Center, Detroit) though I move back and forth between GM and Compuware's Corporate Headquarters daily. At Compuware, I am asked to consult on a variety of projects with the aim of coaching them to be more user-centric and social in nature.
Previously, as Visual Designer (2009-2011) I was responsible for the visual updating of Gomez APM (a Compuware SaaS offering) as well as participating in ideation sessions with the company's elite team of developers (the "Eagles") on Skunkworks projects.
