Update
The CDA Update is a monthly publication of the California Dental Association. It is classified as a large format maga-paper. The page run varied between 16-28 pages depending on the advertisement count. It was the primary source for the association's dental and government news. The Update won an assortment of awards during my tenure. My duties involved primary layout of ads to determine editorial space and page count, photo spec adjustments, copy layout, and building of graphs, slugs, etc. On average, this would occupy approximately 3-4 days per month on my part.
