The gestural brush-written name over a white splash mid label evoques this yogurt main ingredient (milk) while fruit images at the bottom plus color codes feature different flavours. So, this layout attempts to hopefully translate those concepts to a hip, young urban and health conscious demographic. Yop bottles are small: just 200 ml (6.5 fl.oz).
Way behind the setup, at the left side, I rendered a 1 liter (about 2 pints) bottle version. It is more of a concept (it's a fruits smoothie, instead of a yoghurt). It didn't go well in tests so it never went to market.
Yoplait wanted to strengthen its local brand name through CBL. They comissioned me to find a visual solution that both communicate product quality and its exquisite taste. I came up with this solution: a graphic backdrop - which claims its shelf space by itself - and big, juicy, ripe fruits that feature the appetite appeal.
