Zodiac Baracuda USA - required a wall connector which could penetrate an 18mm aim flow hole and expand to twice that diameter in order to lock inside the plumbing pipe ID. This project shows the proof of concept rough prototype, the CAD development thinking and finally a composite prototype for live testing and evaluation. R&D product design and iterative development - our companies passion.
