Projects: Outdoor signage, consumer products, and pool filtration system, retrospective design exhibition. Duties: Project management, studio and staff management. Sourcing prototyping services & batch production runs. Out sourcing tooling supply and manufacture. Managing client accounts.
Business: Harrison Designs (Owner) - consulting on design & engineering of plastic products for manufacture.
Studies: Enrolled for research based Masters studies at the University of Johannesburg. Focusing on the design and engineering of appropriate technologies using a participatory technology development approach with small-scale urban farmers in Soweto, Johannesburg.
Lecturing: The Open Window School of Visual Communication - Acting subject manager: Three Dimensional Design including part time lecturing & new curriculum development.
Past lecturing experience: University of Johannesburg, Tshwane University of Technology, Department Mechanical Engineering, teaching and guiding students studying industrial design.
Exhibition: Participated recently in an Alumni exhibition called 'Thinking Design' Hosted by the University of Johannesburg, at the Faculty of Art, Design & Architecture gallery during September 2013
