Since Januray 2008, I'm responsible of the merchandising (soft and hard) of Guerlain - luxury cosmetic brand - n°4 in France on the Export market.
Working with 33 countries, on 1500 POS and around 40 personnalised shop implemented every years.
I also work on specific POS material developement, sell-out events, in store animations layouts, Beauty Advisor training.
I'm daily working with architects, retailers, purchasers, brand managers, sell-out team and more!
