Description

In 1996, Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park Commission completed a trail master plan for Wissahickon Valley Park. One of the recommendations contained in the plan was a comprehensive sign system for the historic Forbidden Drive.
This comprehensive system is intended to inform and educate park users. The system contains park map, rules, directional, parking lot identification, and interpretive signs. My role in this project was to help enhance user experience by designing these components.
