DESIGNING RESPONSIBILITIES

 Trend Analyzing, mood Board Creations , New Design making for existing and new Customers as per their trends and colors.
 Converting the design from cads to sampling.

SAMPLING RESPONSIBILITIES

 Receiving developments from buyer for four season’s like Spring, Summer, Fall & Holiday
 Arranging CAD’s & A/W’s for execution of developments, make TNA’s for sampling to maintain on time samples deliveries
 Executing “AS IS OPTION” & “COST EFFECTIVE OPTION” as per buyer requirement to compare & for variety to select.
 Yarn Calculation for sampling.
 To achieve target of completing & providing sample in 15 days
 Maintaining regular follow up with the factory during the sampling to maintain the quality and leading on time samples x-factory
 Providing Alternative basis sampling status to buyers, discussing limitations of development in execution with buyer’s merchant if required, also provide substitute solutions against those limitations.
