SID - Social Interactive Dining. SID is designed to encourage and stimulate social interaction through the process of preparing a meal and dining together. The product includes zones to serve hot and cold foods, a chopping board with knife storage on the underside, a griddle for cooking and a wet wipe dispenser for cleanliness. SID also includes seating for 4 and ambient lighting. The dining process is self service and creates an interactive feel, like that of a fondue or a raclette, and produces an enjoyable and bonding user experience.
Indoor Aromatic Herb Garden - The herb garden encourages people to keep plants indoor, helping to reduce volatile organic compounds and thus reducing the symptoms of Sick Building Syndrome. The product is made from sustainable materials and gives the user a multisensual experience through the aroma of the herbs and the tactile lettering on the pots. The booklets advise on how to use the herbs.
'O' - Oranges are a simple and natural source of vitamin C, so why not eat an orange instead of taking vitamin pills? 'O' prominently displays oranges within the home as a genlte reminder to eat them. The product can be wall mounted on a nail and the front and back parts can be separated for cleaning.
Chicky - Chicky is a light fan, the 'airsock' inflates when the light is switched on creating a tube of coloured light and movement.
Solaglo - This project was an exploration of organic forms in design. This leaf-like garden light flutters gently in the wind.
