Wake Up Light in situ - The Wake Up Light uses light to awaken the user naturally, rather than the harsh abrupt sound of an alarm clock. The minimal, thin form of the pendant light is positioned above the head of the bed, using a sheet of electroluminescent to envelope the users in a clean, warm cocoon of light.
Interaction with the Wake Up Light (click bottom right for larger size) - The light also has a clock displayed via an LED display to control wake up times. To compliment the simplicity of the product, the interaction with the clock system needs to be simple and straight forward. This is done by intuitively pushing and twisting a tiller that hangs from the light. The light can also be used as a standard reading light and can be turned on & off by pulling it like a pull switch.
