The most important thing about designing a product is the connection with the people who use it. Esthetically it should be simple, harmonious & easy on the eye. Technically it should be simple to the mind & easy to use. Equally important, it should be harmonious with it's environment, a new concept but feel's like it has always been there. The time & effort invested in a product should be fine tuned, so the final product looks effortless.
