A self-motivated individual who has always had a passion for design. This initial passion was artistic, however throughout the journey of education it has developed into a well-structured collection of processes. The knowledge obtained from higher education along with the placement year, has proven that I am capable of analysing procedures within activities and simplifying processes that are unnecessarily difficult. Having recently completed my final year of study on the BSc Product Design course with a first class honours degree, I am equipped with a creative mind, excellent communication abilities and the eagerness to learn new skills. I am actively looking for work opportunities within the Design Industry. Please feel free to leave a comment on my work.I am available to contact anytime, simply refer to my resume for the details. Thank you.

    (September 2012 - June 2013)

This role involved: designing sheet metal components to create market leading products, using CAD software to generate 3D visuals and 2D drawings, using a variety of industry recognised software packages (such as DraftSight, Corel DRAW, Radan, SAP and Bartender), building prototypes and samples using external suppliers and in house production facilities, creation and upkeep of components and BOMs on the SAP database.
