character concpet Art work(1) - I was forced to work overtime for few nights straight, not remembering what exactly I was fed from - perhaps doggy food - to change the concept for few douzen times...- I'd never forget this project for the rest of my life.
However, as much as I insanely dedicated myself at that time, well, I have to say I do have a great affection on it, and it had indeed gave me a chance to step up.
Sometimes I get to wonder what do the old colleagues, so many worked as a family, live like nowadays.

Object concept Art work(1) - This is an object concept design board of an MMORPG I was asked to do by a friend, when I was told to layoff from my old company, about a month before I retired - money matters.
I was not into it at first time because of some limiting problems of the 3D physics engine, but working on 2D mapping was worth doing. It was a good experience.

Character concept Art work(2) - In 2003, I was given a request from some company's marketing dep. to do some advertising illustraions of their online game characters, although I worked for other company.
I was to be paid after I got an OK sign for my mock-up sketch, but somehow the client muted to contract for fortnight and then no colouring was proceeded.
It was a vogue concept of common Europe-Medieval-fantasy MMORPG games in Korea of that time, but now it's kind of funny looking.

Environment Art work(1) - Well this is some of backgrounds I did for pre-production of a small animation project called 'Joyful Argonauts'. Back then there weren't enough senior designers so I managed to do the most, while, I struggled a lot since I had not much experiences.
I got along with other colleagues quite well, so it was much fun working together for a year.

Environment Art work(2) - This is the concept sketch of the 'Castle', the main stage of the synopsis.
A great force of air pressure coming out of a huge pit sustains the castle in the air with a couple of supersize fans on the both sides to help balance.

Object concept Art work(3) - Ancient Greek background resulted a ship powered from the nature. However, an unlimited imagination with such creativity was allowed since it was hosted within a fantasy concept. It was such a shame that the project was shut down, I couldn't watch any further development.

Object concept Art work(4) - There was time when 'Steampunk' concept was rocking the world. Not a public project, all so personal but people gave positive feedbacks - creative and interesting.
Well but I find it ironic that I myself honestly don't know what this 'house' is for.
One on the side is imaging a 'cosy cottage'.

Character concept Art work(4) - A new TF team was formed not too long ago to make a SRPG type game. I initially did the character concept design but suddenly has 3D turned to 2D and time was short so it dropped off.
Well, I personally would like them to pick up this or at least the style of it... but since I don't make decisions...
