My Portfolio - I am currently available for freelance and part-time work. I can and do work on and off site assignments in the LA area. I definately prefer the Mac, but can operate on the PC platform. My hourly freelance rate are negotiable. I am an expert in print as well as Quark, Illustrator, and Photoshop. My drawing and storyboard talents are perfect for the critical and often ignored concept stage.
About myself; I was the kid in school who could draw. I like to sit in a group environment and draw with pens, pencils, and markers, or paint with acrylics or watercolors and produce great storyboard renderings that help concepts take shape. Also, I am a professional photographer and copy writer. 75% of the photos and copy in my portfolio were done by myself, the rest were either art directed and/or retouched by me. My creativity and artistic approach combine with journeyman-level production skills that get the job done on time and without problems! Although my experience and resume make me up to be an Art/Creative Director/Manager type (and I am,) I know when to shut up and take order under an already established leader that needs me to be an Indian and help him or her achieve their goal. I'm a California kid with a big smile and I always make work fun no matter what — I'm sure that much of my success has been due to my people skills, willingness to go the extra mile, and the absolute pleasure I get from being creative.
