In order for a product or service to cultivate and acquire a loyal customer base, drive profitable growth in sales, and increase revenue it must solve a problem and deliver the solution in a memorable way that evokes an emotional response. Without creating an authentic relationship or delivering value beyond products or services, people will eventually lose interest and move on.
