- Owns the design process for both apparel and product designs, starting with concept development and working through hand and computer renderings, patternmaking, prototyping, color palette development, tech pack & spec measurement development, factory management, and production runs

- Took on key role of designing the new consumer lines for Fall 2011, Spring 2012, and Fall 2012, completing the initial designs (hand drawings and AI flats), first patterns, first samples, tech packs, and product development work while managing the initial production processes with the manufacturing facilities
- Responsible for sourcing new materials, including woven & knit synthetic fabrics, woven & knit natural fiber fabrics, and knit natural/synthetic fiber blends, plastic and metal findings, and trim materials
- Was the sole designer for the licensing opportunity for the Smith and Wesson M&P Line by Wild Things, completing the same processes seen for the consumer line while maintaining working relationships with military and police representatives throughout the state
- Ensured the completion of a new military contract upon arriving at the company, not only bringing the product to the factory and managing redesigns, fit sessions, and samples, but working with the production team to organize all materials to align with Berry Compliancy standards
