+ Interpret direction from Concept Department to design and present approximately 30 - 60 cc’s per delivery of new and innovative silhouettes and styles fitting to the customer
+ Own embellishment and embroidery direction for the department, while communicating layouts and element sourcing to overseas vendors
+ Collaborate with CAD Department to give direction for new print and placement ideas by interpreting each season’s trends
+ Select and develop novelty fabrics in collaboration with Fabric R&D
