Kenroy Home. March 2008-May 2009.
Industrial Designer.
Researched, designed, and developed portable lighting, fixtures, and fountains for the Kenroy Home brand, as well as for special customers such as Acacia, Home Decorators Club, Menards, Front Gate, and Seventh Avenue. Communicated designs through hand sketching, CAD, and working drawings to Asian vendors on a daily basis. Value-engineered products to reduce manufacturing costs. Traveled to trade shows to aid in the setup of showrooms, meet with customers, and analyze trends.

Designed hard and soft goods, researched trends, and prepared presentations as part of an interdisciplinary collaborative product venture within SCAD.
