The project is a multi-use tower building at the crossroads of two streets one of which is an important traffic trajectory in Graz and the other which is a more private one. This is why the design of the building was conceptualized to place the living quarters on the southern facades, facing the silent street and gaining
sun through the facades, whereas public part with offices is situated to the north with more public contacts.
The building is round in ist footprint and comprises apartments in a module which can be be easily added to another one and form apartments of different sizes and purposes. The building´s design intention was to make it more suitable for the longer period of use and change of purposes, since the modules may serve in the future
also as hotel rooms, student dormitories ´quarters etc.
