Responsible for directing and managing the on-time delivery of structural display
projects including concept/prototyping management, sourcing/purchasing, project management
vendor management, production monitoring and quality needs both domestically and in Asia.

multiple display projects from concept, purchasing through delivery for packaging division.
Plan, manage and oversee all aspects of customer display projects.
• Quote, negotiate and issue purchase orders for all necessary items, materials
and assembly/production services for displays with external vendors to
ensure timelines and budget at met.
• Ability to create new and update standard line displays concept, design and
specifications in a manner that meets costing goals, requirements and internal
standards in a format that can be communicated to vendors and clients for
pricing and approvals.
• Be responsible for sourcing and working with our domestic and international
display vendors for the structural design, development and production of
customer displays while taking into account fit, form, structure, materials,
function, cost effectiveness, manufacturability, printability, customer
acceptability, quality, pallet optimization, environmental issues, international
import/export issues, storage and transportation concerns.
• Monitor and ensure quality of project work, display prototypes and production
work by reviewing all files, prototypes, samples, onsite warehouse production
checks including but not limited to construction, labeling, packaging/shipping and
other information from Operations, and implementing QC checklists to ensure
product meets internal and external stakeholder expectations on quality within
expected timeline and budget.

Manage, design & oversee implementation of corporate materials & related client projects. Provide cutting edge creative
solutions for face-to-face marketing programs delivered through events, exhibits & expositions on a corporate level. I
interact with account managers, clients, external vendors and internal Fern staff to design and deliver a variety of products.
These products include: events, high end tradeshows, exhibits, RFP’s for new projects, booth properties, custom displays,
signage, Point of Purchase, retail and product design. I also must communicate this design process effectively using any and
all tools at my disposal. Some of these tools are: being able to write well, speak comfortably on a daily basis with clients,
quick sketch ideas, build physical prototypes, and use computer software to concept out solutions. I have to be able to
handle many different projects, at many different stages of the design process, all at once.
