How stable is the Tray if the weight load is all on one side? You may consider only allowing the Vertedrain to be mounted in the Center for better stability. I like the Design,
Vertical stacking is great for a whole rack concept. Small footprints for this stuff with small countertop space in so many kitchens. Blow this concept out. Cool! There is a kitchen gadget contest going on right now. $$
