Key Touch Points - A brainstorm session helped me organize my ideas about retail into seven key touch points.
RFID for Customer Benefit - The future of retail for Avery is to make RFID the center of the customer retail experience. Avery can leverage their technology to give customers product information, a personal experience, rewards and be part of a social network

Creating a Retail System - How can these features work in a system? I split the retail experience up into three sections: fashion retail, which is all about trends and personal style; performance retail, which focuses on detailed product information; and in store customization, which offers unique in store experiences.

The Performance Retail System - The performance retail experience focuses on Smart RFID integration, direct product information, and targeted consumer advertising. Avery RFID and a family of Avery products make the system possible. The system is designed for some of Avery’s performance clients like Nike or Adidas.
The Fashion Retail System - The fashion retail experience focuses on brand promotion through RFID, personal augmented reality experiences, and smart RFID accessories. Thanks to Avery, customers are able to have a personal shopping experience with all the information from an online store.
