Thanks! I felt that the tap's unique form warranted an accompanying basin. And knobs to control the temp/flow would take attention away from the 'magic' of surface tension, so I gave those functions to the basin.

Oh! I see! You have to get the vessel with the tap. Very cool :)

There is a light sensor is at the bottom of the 'slide', activating when the user's hand enter the basin. Temperature and flow controls are located the edges of the basin, as shown in another photo.
