This is Felicity, a loquacious six years old from Millennium Park, Chicago, Illinois. Fashionable Felicity appreciates a strong Americana flare with vintage inspired hardware, authentic scout patches, and she adores a range of red, blue, and cream colors.
Floral, stripes, and Scout-O-Rama patches will denote Felicity’s freedom and playfulness. The military inspired concept activates the toughness, and the sparkly/floral embellishments defines her girly side.
