- Planned and designed the collection for Crew BOS’s foray into the domestic retail segment through “Khakhi Life”

- Worked as a consultant to Alpine Apparels, Faridabad for Retail Projects 2004-2006.

- Handling “leather accessory design – process and methodology” Retail merchandising, for Leather Design Students.
- Train students in leather textures, construction techniques and production planning. (Leather accessories and hard goods)
- To design and train students in range planning, quality analysis, and costings.

Achievements:
- Youngest at my level to launch a new program.
- Planned and launched “Craft design and development” program targeted at working professionals in the craft export sector.
- Contributed articles on knowledge governance in fashion industries and various research papers.
