GTO Airships

Airships are just something I can't get out of my head. These are concepts I have for various sides of LTA (Lighter than Air) designed craft for use as manned or unmanned vehicles.

Sometimes innovation happens when we look to the past and re-examine designs that were not possible with the current state of technology and materials in their time. Vanderlips patented concept was never flown, that I'm aware of. I hope to change that, and make it cooler too, and mass production capable.

On Linked-In you asked for a rending showing the "Cargo Shell" mounted to the rail on the LEMV, I thought about just showing the green box container, then I remembered something NASA is doing and thought, if your going to hang something off that rail make it aerodynamic with room for personnel and other cargo & call it a "Cargo Shell". Now you have something to market. If you'd like this concept fleshed out more contact me.
