Description

My graduation project from the Icelandic Academy of the Arts.
Open footwear is a collection of modular sandals.

An EVA midsole is raised at midfoot to make way for the upper
to wrap under, this allows the user to switch uppers according to
taste and preference.
This construction makes way for personalized insoles, as well as
allowing the user to switch insoles according to the day’s activity.
