Poster Design - Project for LAND Everything on this poster was created from scratch, no image editing involved

MRT Project - I was asked to create a new business card for this company using the images provided.

Photography & Design - Originally designed as a fold-over card for display during open houses in this seven figure home that was for sale. Agent decided to use it as a mailer instead. The main exterior shot was taken months before and required major retouching. I could not retake the shot because it was the dead of winter with no snow.

Greeting Card - There used to be a bench and trash can in the foreground of this image. The photography, retouching and design of the finished project was done by myself.
