-Fulltime industrial design contractor working for Microsoft, Cobra Golf, Altec Lansing, iFrogz and many other very interesting clients.
1/2010- 4/2010: Concept Engineering, Columbus, OH
-Contract industrial designer. Helped with design work for the Owens Corning Atticat insulation blower, accessories and other product offerings. Also assisted with the development of trade show demonstration exhibits for Belron US.
5/2007- 11/2008: Fitch/SABIC Innovative Plastics, Pittsfield, Massachusetts
- Industrial design consultant for SABIC Innovative plastics (formerly GE plastics). Responsible for creating designs for a variety of clientele ranging from the healthcare, electronics and appliance fields. Design solutions often involve collaboration with engineers in the use of the teardown process to learn about assembly and how innovative materials can be utilized within a product.
6/2005- 8/2005: CAMP, Cleveland, Ohio
- Internship. Oversaw project for Waxman Industries from design ideation through prototype modelmaking. Also participated in a number of brainstorming sessions generating new product ideas.
5/2004 -8/2004: Diebold, North Canton, Ohio
-Internship. Collaborated with designers and engineers in concept development, ideation and modelmaking for testing.
