Final master project // Throughout the years digital banking has become increasingly popular. It makes money transactions easier, but many young people have lost a sense of the actual value of money by taking in only these digital numbers. My hypothesis stated that vocational students need a tangible tool which is connected to their bank account to get a better grasp on their financial possibilities. Multiple iterations together with vocational students gave a clear understanding of the preferable tangible input and output. This led to a tool which makes use of coins to easily map expected expenses and savings on a monthly basis, to promote a better understanding on their financials and to prevent financial trouble.
