I am a mass-market, freelance Halloween costume designer, most recently one of 5 inside designers of Rubies Costume company. My designs are in stores such as Walmart, Target, Kmart, Party City, Buy Costumes.com, etc. I design both generic and licensed products and have designed for Hannah Montana, High School Musical, Barbie and Ken, Barnum & Bailey, Care Bears, Betty Boop, Wizard of Oz and others. My "Rock Fairy" was featured in the 2006 Party City nationwide television commercial.
