This project expresses the classical taste of the client through the use of a traditional looking facade on three sides with Renaissance style, arch-shaped windows.

On the interior, columns and a grand water fountain in the central court add to the sense of Classicism. From the second level it is possible to enjoy the view of the fountain below through the expansive, octagonally shaped opening.

The spaciousness of the site is reflcted in the horizontal emphasis of the structure. This also made it possible to design a garden of trees about the grounds. The plantings were selected for their spring flowers and their brilliant fall foliage.
