Office Fit Out - To enhance brand identity for WGI, the Leeds office took advantage of a new office location. Fitted with a core shell of an old industrial stone warehouse, the thin floorplate lent itself to a division of program, providing a dynamic slice that began at the entrance, finding it's way at the back of the space. Due to a tight budget, many ideas formulated were put into the front of house reception desk turned bookshelf turned layout space.
Professional Development Center - Once movie theater, this adaptive reuse project saved the city on construction costs, while providing a sustainable alternative. Existing theaters became lecture halls and interactive platforms. Within a limited budget, entrances to lecture halls were addressed systematically where color furred-out entrances, mimicked below in the floorpattern, became wayfinding for users. The largest hall can easily be divided into 2 rooms when needed, where meetings, parties and artwork come together.
Rudston Preparatory School - A small addition with a big set of parameters. Located at the back of house of 2 residential sites, surrounded by trees with TPO's, neighboring complaints and site level changes that made floor thickness crucial, this small addition became a charismatic play on words when appeasing the council, client and neighbors. 4 new classrooms and dining hall expansion were joined internally to account for the level changes, providing locker storage and a place to meet during inclement weather.

W32nd Triplex - An urban infill project I worked on while at Sprocket Design-Build in historic West Highlands in Denver Colorado. In conjunction with the architect, I also worked with Nielsen-Wilson Design on the interior design. Set within an urban context with breathtaking views of downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains to the West, this project was a true development property, and gained wide acclaim and success throughout the community.
