Very's focus for winter sales was to understand their customer, as they felt like they had lost touch and didn't know how to engage with them anymore.

The team at Very knew what they needed to do, they just didn't know how bring it to life.

This allowed me to form brief to drive the theme; developed something simple and straight to the point. It was clear that Very needed to wow their customers, to engage on a high level and ensure everything they produced would resonate.

The challenge from the brief was to create a brand that would stand out within the company, to ensure each and every member of staff understood the part they would play. The brand and associated internal campaigns needed to be impactful enough to not get lost in amongst the many Shop Direct / Very / Littlewoods brands. The only real restriction was it needed to carry their motto and ideally involve a hashtag as most of their internal comms ran through a social media style app.
