ESQA Annual Report 2009 - What started out as a 30 page annual report became a tri-fold brochure, to save NHS expense and as recognition that it wouldn't be read in full by recipients. Instead, the bulk of information is online. The brochure is intended as an intro to the purposes of the report.

Although I was given free reign, the large amount of information called for a judicious use of space. The sensitivity of the subject matter lent itself to a more considerate style and tone.

For My Girlfriend : Theatre poster - 'For My Girlfriend' is a National campaign aimed at young male drivers. Schools and collages were asked to devise and perform scenarios to drive the message home. This production, by Cambridge based Performing Arts tutor Sarah Borley, has been much lauded and is the only one to be taken Nationally. The large poster is used to brand and advertise the production ,the smaller ones were other supplied ideas.

In The Garden magazine article spread - Layout illustration and design for an article on gardening.

BBC advertising - Advert for BBC Cambridgeshire to be used in print and online.

Cambridge Film Festival postcards - A series of postcards highlighting the different themes during the festival. The titles were supplied initially and I sourced appropriate images without knowing the full programme. Some of the images were so popular with the committee that the films featured were added to the programme specifically!

Manifold Exhibition brochure - A 48 page brochure for Cambridge sculptor Matthew Lane Sanderson's exhibition.
The dark nature of the subject matter and the way Matthew works informed the design of this. He also has a beautiful set of sample blocks which were used to decorate the pages.

Summer In The City 2006 - After the success of the previous year, I was asked to produce 2006's campaign too. The idea of using a cow comes from one of my first memories of Cambridge - seeing cows grazing within the city centre itself.

Summer In The City 2005 - Underlying concept and full artwork to advertise the range of events happening in Cambridge through the summer months. Included 12 page booklet, posters, press and digital advertising, postcards and street banners.

Logotron Visual Fractions - I was asked to come up with an exciting way to present a children's educational program about mathematics. I created 3D models of random numbers and the various symbols used in the software, rendered them with extreme perspectives and presented them with a style more usually associated with a computer game. They loved it.

Headlines mailer - Mailer for a property company regarding the current housing market.
