The Flexicado was designed in 2004 when I worked at chef'n. It is a simple tool that works very well. It is made from Nylon and overmolded with Santoprene.
The Flexicado is adjustable to different sized avocados.... just give it a squeeze to make the scoop radius smaller!
1. grip firmly
2. squeeze to match scoop to avocado's size
3. scoop and slice the avocado meat in one motion
