It has been a year and a half now since I have become fully XTREME... some ups and downs, but some really good projects that I hope to post soon. Thanks to all that have stuck with me and here's to another XTREME year!

2008- current Xtreme Design, Seattle WA
Principal- Am currently working to build a stable and diversified client list in product and dimensional packaging design. Currently working with Zumiez stores and Markwort Sporting Goods Co. on some projects. Also working with some start-up clients on some interesting things. Looking for new clients!
2006- 2008 J. Logan Design, Seattle WA
Product Design Manager- Worked at this small design firm to develop unique and innovative designs for our clients- mostly in housewares goods and the food industry. Aesthetic, packaging, and mechanical design were major parts of this position. Hired, trained, and mentored junior design staff. Traveled to Hong Kong and China to meet with clients and to follow projects through tooling.
1999- 2006 Chef'n Corporation, Seattle WA
Senior Industrial Designer- Worked to develop new, innovative kitchen products in multiple market channels through all phases from conception to completion. Worked closely with fellow designers, the marketing team, project manager, patent attorneys, and overseas manufacturing to implement each new project. Duties included ideation, research, CAD, prototyping, packaging, intellectual property management, and manufacturing follow-up with multiple trips to Asia each year. Emphasized brand identity reinforcement and product family continuity at every level of the process.
1993-1998 Scott Sports Group/ American Snowboard Mfg.- Burlington WA
Molding Department Team Leader/CAD Draftsman- Led the compression molding department for three years which included daily quality control, working with R&D to streamline production, and the literal writing of "the book" of procedures and maintenance. Gained much experience with materials and manufacturing processes. Worked with R&D department for one year as a CAD draftsman (AutoCAD R14), R&D lab technician, and on-snow tester. Have personally pressed over 17,000 snowboards.
