inspired by the habitat 67, the key structure in this project lay in independent large terrace spaces 6x6m, each of which was covered at a minimum height of 6m, ensuring that each dwelling (two, three and four room types) is in fact reminiscent of a compact penthouse. this was a fourth year housing design classroom project completed in 2004.
