About

Being born in a land of greenery & then partly spending my childhood in between blue sea(Andaman Nicobar Islands), i simply learned to love nature and its immense beauty. I always had an urge to do new and crazy stuffs since childhood days. With an inside flame to be a good dancer as well as a classical singer, learned Bharatanatyam(Indian Classical dance form) & Hindustani classical music. Also learned Hockey. As a part of Scout & Guides school team, learned to do certain tasks that were quiet useful not only for us but for throwing out a helping hand to the needy.

I completed my Graduate Diploma Programme in Product Design in 2010. Currently I am working as an Expert Designer with various Govt. & non profit Org. and National Institute of Design on design development in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Govt. of India. I had worked previously with NID, from Oct,2010 to Dec,2011 as Designer and co-coordinator of North east zone of India under NID's Design Clinic Scheme for MSMEs(Micro Small Medium Enterprises/Industries) by Ministry of MSME & DIC(District Industries and commission), Govt. of India. I also had worked with GlaxoSmithKline : 6 months Diploma Project & HITACHI:2 months Industrial Training. My key strengths are :
> I have the ability to implement my own ideas to upgrade quality of a design,
> good material knowledge which makes me understand the process of designing a particular product
> strong coordinating competency along with transmitting out ethical and sensitive design sense to the the team..

I am an industrial designer by learning & an enthusiastic person with an urge to also learn various things in a multidisciplinary approach as well as to excel in the industrial design field. I would like to obtain knowledge and work with a strong forward thinking & progressive team where I can also fully utilize my knowledge & experience as a designer.
