About

Susan Christianen (1983, the Netherlands) is a lefthanded creative, engaged to the field of design, architecture, art and communications. Apart from her own projects, she has worked for different clients; such as the ICEHOTEL, Elan, Haglöfs, Nikita Clothing, Rift Valley African investments and the entertainment industry.

Her background and international experience in different areas of design, as well as meeting different cultures and countries, has given Susan a broad platform of inspiration. Her senses get triggered by nature, science, dreams, exploring infinity, different cultures, handicrafts, making music and more.

´My work is based on broad and devoted research, which is translated into applicable designs. The things that make people question and wonder in daily life fascinates me. How can objects, surroundings and new experiences gradually become - either conscious or subconscious- a part of our lives?`
