The purpose was to use a 5 letter word and to surround it with imagery, while still making the word behind it legible.

Object, Organic and Creature created in ink inspired by and using characteristics of the Bodoni typeface.
Bones - 2009
Each letter created and stylized in it's own way. Each letter had to be individualized and contain some texture and pattern. Letters could also be manipulated.

My own typeface, created for Advanced Typography class. Using just line to create a unique typeface. There are multiples of some letters because I was using Avant Garde typeface as my inspiration for this font - Avant Garde has different versions of some letters to help create better shape when letters are put next to each other to create words.
