TED "Integrating human characteristics with inanimate objects.Exploring boundaries between good and evil." A prototype that allowed me to express my angry feelings to people. This prototype was shown at the Bakalar and Paine gallery at MassArt as part of the MFA Thesis Exhibit 2011.

Exploring boundaries between good and evil."
My thesis explored ways to better understand frustration, aggression, tolerance and acceptance in society. For example, how do we express and cope with these emotions and feelings? What triggers negative emotional responses in people? How and where is it acceptable to express these negative emotions in society?
Ted is a filter or mechanism that helps to express my anger indirectly. I can use him to embarrass others in public?—?embarrassment they may tolerate because it comes from an object, not directly from me. I confirm that humor defuses tension, and that humor can turn into playfulness.
