This husband-wife duo with two kids love to host. Their goal was to create a conversational and intimate space for gatherings in this large open living-dining room, complete with entryway storage. The space is anchored with two large area rugs, layered together to bring depth. The rugs are then paired with darker elements per the clients request since they have young kids, plus dogs. The space is complete with dark accents, clean lines, and an open layout to keep the space minimalistic, yet stylish.
