Each Liberty Lock takes the pole from the “headless” meter
and caps it with a cement piece that will indicate what part of the city you are in (ie Rittenhouse, Bella Vista, Old City, etc) and
feature a bell shaped steel lock up area, providing flexibility and accommodations for 2-4 bicycles.
