* In charge of pricing and preparing all merchandise before it goes to the sales floor * In charge of modifying or adding data for products not in the system * Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment. * Responsible for processing claims to vendors regarding missing merchandise. * As Shift Manager oversee up to 12 employees with daily operations such as sales, stocking, customer service, and delegation of all other projects and activities. * Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the employees also provide the same level of service. * Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions. * Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards. * Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
