Medion is a German pc manufacturer that was acquired by Lenovo in mid 2011. I designed a concept of the increasingly popular manufacturer’s line of computer monitors “Akoya”. The concept design allows the screen to swivel 180 degrees vertically and 90 degrees horizontally on its aluminium support bar at the right hand end of the display. The form of the monitor depicts a contemporary/futuristic style and is a good exapmle of the “form follows function” principle.
